When her daughter Mandy was 10 years old, Kayleen took her and her younger brother and sister to a local nursing home each Sunday afternoon to visit two ladies who were members of their church. The ongoing visits gave Kayleen's children the opportunity to show love by chatting with the ladies, giving them candy and crafts made by children from the church, and pushing the ladies in their wheelchairs. Over the years, the children met and visited with the ladies' roommates, other residents and the staff.
