Advent Treasure Hunt

by Danika Cooley

My children love treasure hunts. There’s nothing quite as exciting as searching the house, knowing that a gift is waiting somewhere. To celebrate Advent each year, my husband and I wrap little trinkets, chocolates and books, which I hide each morning. Then I write simple rhymes for each day, offering clues for the search.

Our kids look forward to December, knowing that each morning they’ll enjoy a poem, a search and a gift.
