When celebrating the holidays with babies and toddlers, sleep and food are critical to keeping a festive spirit. With my three boys, I learned to graciously ask when meals would be served so I could plan nap schedules accordingly. In addition, I packed a few nutritious snacks, in case dinner was running late. I also learned to sit my toddler next to an adult or another child who would keep him engaged or entertained.
